General information about skiing
in Winterberg
You can collect your ski pass directly from the lift ticket offices in the Winterberg ski resort. Alternatively, you can book your ski pass conveniently online via the Skiliftkarussell website
Our ski hire shop is located just about 300 metres from the entrance to the Winterberg ski lift circuit (Lift No. 1).
The nearest access point to the Winterberg ski lift network is just a few minutes’ walk from our ski hire shop.

Our ski hire shop is open daily from 8.15 am to 5.30 pm.
On floodlit days (Tuesdays and Fridays), we’re here for you non-stop from 8.15 am to 10.30 pm.
Yes, there are free parking spaces available exclusively for our customers right at our premises at Fichtenweg 20a.
You can exchange skis, snowboards or accessories at any time – subject to availability on site.
Yes, with our ‘Rent & Buy’ scheme, you can try out the equipment first and then decide whether to buy it.
All hire rates are per day. Charges are calculated on a daily basis.
Yes, you can also hire individual items such as ski boots, ski poles or clothing.
No, theft cover is not included in the hire package.
Cancellation is only possible in the event of illness or an accident, provided a medical certificate is provided.
Yes, you can easily make changes or additions to your booking directly in the shop.
That’s no problem – we’ll be happy to adjust your booking on the spot.
You can collect your equipment from 4.00 pm the day before. On days when the slopes are floodlit, you can collect your equipment from 9.00 pm – subject to availability.
Earlier collection is possible by arrangement; the equipment will then be stored with us until the day of your booked skiing session.
